ManaSina Return and Refund Policy
Customer Satisfaction & Return Policy Thank you for shopping at ManaSina. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, which are designed to enhance your wellness journey. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not fulfill your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days for a refund, replacement, or credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@manasina.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns, Credits, Replacements, & Refunds
- Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any items defective, damaged, or incorrect, please include photographs of the product and contact us immediately so we can address the issue and provide a suitable solution. Keep all original packaging in case a return is necessary.
- General Returns: You may return unopened items within 30 days of receipt. If an error on our part is the cause of your return, we will handle the return process and cover any associated costs.
- Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used due to health, medical, and safety reasons. This also applies to perishable goods, custom orders, and personal care products.
- Credits: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We are more than happy to discuss your concerns and, when appropriate, we will issue a credit for use on future purchases at ManaSina.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount (unless due to our error). This applies even if you received free shipping at the time of purchase.
Exchanges & Replacements
- To ensure you receive what you want quickly, return the item you have if requested, and once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@manasina.com.
Additional Information
- Products must be purchased directly from our website. Items purchased through third-party retailers are subject to the return and refund policies of those retailers.
- Credits are not transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
- Customers who initiate 3 or more returns will be removed from the Loyalty & Rewards program, resulting in a forfeiture of all active points and coupons.
