Order Processing:
All in-stock orders are processed within 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For pre-order items, please allow up to 30 business days for processing.

Shipping Days:
All days referenced are business days, which exclude weekends and federal holidays. Orders are processed for shipment during normal business hours only (Mon - Fri, excluding Holidays).

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship all orders from Hawaii, USA using USPS (United States Postal Service). Domestic delivery generally takes 3-5 business days. Free domestic shipping is available for orders over $100 within the continental U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska.
  • International Shipping: We’re sorry, but international shipping is currently unavailable. If you would like us to consider shipping to your country, please contact us with your request. We value your interest and will gladly explore the possibility of adding your location to our shipping destinations in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Important Shipping Information:

  • Orders are insured for their full value. In cases where the order is lost, damaged, or stolen, refunds or replacements will be processed only after the shipper confirms that a claim can be initiated. Your cooperation may be required to process the claim.
  • Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs that may arise from incorrect addresses or refused shipments.

Discreet Shipping:
All orders are packed securely and discreetly. There are no visible markings indicating the contents of the parcels, ensuring privacy and security in delivery.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package via our website. Please note that while most of our shipments include tracking, it may not be available in all cases.
